About the author: I have been a spaceship and UFO researcher for the past 16 years since my Close Encounter of the Second and First Kind, respectively within 45 minutes of each other in 1991 when a bronze disk with an illuminated bottom appeared overhead as I stood behind a tree and 45 minutes later it flew by me at eye level at Dana Point, Calif. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Administration and I have worked for the federal and state government in accounting and auditing among other various financial positions “in the private sector.” I am a Chicago, Illinois native and I have lived in southern California for the past 20 years. Tobias which includes five volumes of panoramic prints 1-373 on DVD ROM which are no longer available since the first electronic edition was revised into the second electronic edition (click Selected Excerpts heading to view Contents, pp. vii-ix). From this first edition, I have produced a special limited edition of 20 genuine photo collections of 373 panoramic prints (4” x 12”) which includes a guidebook, pp. 78.
